Return Policy
No merchandise will be accepted for return and/or credit without the prior consent of Star Paper Store. The buyer will be responsible for any and all additional charges, including but not limited to freight, re-stocking charges, convenience fee, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. There are no guarantees that any product qualifies for return or reimbursement. Star Paper Store reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange at any time.
There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof, and Star Paper Store’s liability is expressly limited to the value of any goods described herein which fail to conform to the description and, at Star Paper Store’s option, to effect replacement of such goods or credit Buyer (if the purchase price has not been paid) or make repayment of an amount equivalent to the purchase price.
Privacy Policy
The information we gather from our customers and prospects is for our proprietary use only. We will send our customers company and product-related emails only if you have given us permission to do so. By sending a message to Star Paper Store using email or an online contact form on starpaperstore.com, the buyer is authorizing Star Paper Store to contact the buyer regarding purchases, product or company questions, and any other relevant communication deemed necessary by Star Paper Store.
More Terms & Conditions
Star Paper Store shall have no liability to the buyer for loss or damage arising out of delay in shipment, partial shipment, or nonshipment if caused by contingencies beyond Star Paper Store’s control, including without limitation, acts of God, fires, floods, labor disputes, governmental action and inability to obtain materials, supplies equipment or transportation.
Buyer shall pay all taxes and charges of any nature imposed by any federal, state, or local government authority by reason of sale or delivery of the goods described herein, whether levied or assessed against Star Paper Store, Buyer, or the goods. Such applicable taxes or charges, if not included in this invoice, shall be invoiced separately.

In the event suit is necessary to enforce the collection of unpaid order charges, the purchaser agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and any court cost incurred thereby.
